Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you'd prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or prefer a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Brawn Store will happily accept returns due to a change of mind, provided that:

• The request to return is received within 12 hours of receiving the item.

• Items are returned in original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.

Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed as store credit for a future purchase. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.

Brawn Store will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the shipping cost paid.

Note: No returns accepted for customized products.

No warranty is provided by Brawn Store.

4. Delivery Terms

4.1 Domestic Transit Time
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 7 - 10 days.

4.2 International Transit Time
International orders are typically in transit for 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier selected. An estimate will be available at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Change of Delivery Address
You may request a change of delivery address anytime before dispatch by emailing us at info@brawnstore.com.

4.5 P.O. Box Shipping
Brawn Store will ship to P.O. box addresses via postal services only.

4.6 Military Address Shipping
We can ship to military addresses using USPS. Courier services are not available for these addresses.

4.7 Items Out of Stock
Out-of-stock items will be canceled and refunded. The rest of the order will be dispatched as usual.

4.8 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged in transit:

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes on international shipments are prepaid—no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

No returns or refunds will be issued after this period.

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier has confirmed the parcel is lost.
