We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website, but from time to time there may be a stock discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all items at the time of purchase. In such cases, we will fulfill the available products and contact you regarding whether you'd prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or prefer a refund.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in the order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase.

This price will be the final shipping cost charged to the customer.

3. Returns

3.1 Return Due to Change of Mind

Products cannot be returned after shipping is initiated. If before shipping is initiated, you can communicate to us directly by sending whats app to our number.

No warranty is provided by Brawn Store.

In general, domestic shipments are in transit for 4-7 days.

4.2 International Transit Time
International orders are typically in transit for 4 - 22 days, depending on the courier selected. An estimate will be available at checkout.

4.3 Dispatch Time
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days after payment.
Our warehouse operates Monday to Saturday during standard business hours, excluding national holidays.

4.4 Delivery Time Exceeded
If your delivery exceeds the expected time, please contact us so we can investigate.

5. Tracking Notifications

After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link to monitor your shipment progress via the courier's updates.

6. Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel is damaged in transit:

  • If possible, reject the delivery and contact customer service immediately.

  • If already delivered, contact us at info@brawnstore.com for next steps.

7. Duties & Taxes

Sales tax is already included in the product prices shown on the website.

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties and taxes on international shipments are prepaid—no additional fees will be charged upon delivery.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, refer to our refund policy.

To cancel a customized product, email info@brawnstore.com within 1 hour of placing the order.
No returns or refunds will be issued after this period.

9. Insurance

Parcels are insured for loss and damage up to the value declared by the courier.

9.1 Process for Parcel Damaged in Transit
We will process a refund or replacement once the courier completes their investigation.

9.2 Process for Parcel Lost in Transit
We will issue a refund or replacement once the courier has confirmed the parcel is lost.
